Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23682
It is narrated from an Ansar companion, may Allah be pleased with him, that once during the lifetime of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he kissed his wife while he was fasting. Then, when he remembered, he told his wife. So, she went and asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The Prophets of Allah also do that." The woman told her husband, who said, "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is permitted many things." Go back and tell him this. So he went back and said, "He says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is permitted many things." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I am the most God-fearing of you and the most knowledgeable of His limits."

ایک انصاری صحابی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ انہوں نے عہد نبوت میں روزے کی حالت میں اپنی بیوی کو بوسہ دیا پھر خیال آنے پر اپنی بیوی سے کہا چناچہ اس نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے اس کے متعلق پوچھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اللہ کے نبی بھی ایسا کرلیتے ہیں اس عورت نے اپنے شوہر کو بتایا انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کو تو بہت سے کاموں کی اجازت حاصل ہے تم واپس جا کر ان سے یہ بات کہو چناچہ اس نے واپس جا کر عرض کیا کہ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کو تو بہت سے کاموں کی اجازت حاصل ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں تم سب سے زیادہ اللہ سے ڈرنے والا اور اس کی حدود کو جاننے والا ہوں۔
aik ansari sahabi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba unhon ne ahd e nabuvvat mein rozey ki halat mein apni biwi ko bosa diya phir khayal aane par apni biwi se kaha chunacha us ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se is ke mutalliq poocha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki Allah ke Nabi bhi aisa kar lete hain is aurat ne apne shohar ko bataya unhon ne kaha ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko to bahut se kaamon ki ijazat hasil hai tum wapas ja kar un se ye baat kaho chunacha us ne wapas ja kar arz kiya ki wo kahte hain ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko to bahut se kaamon ki ijazat hasil hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya main tum sab se ziada Allah se darne wala aur us ki hudood ko jan-ne wala hun.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، أَنَّ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ أَخْبَرَ عَطَاءً أَنَّهُ قَبَّلَ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، فَأَمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَسَأَلَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِك"، فَأَخْبَرَتْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُرَخَّصُ لَهُ فِي أَشْيَاءَ، فَارْجِعِي إِلَيْهِ، فَقُولِي لَهُ، فَرَجَعَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ: قَالَ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُرَخَّصُ لَهُ فِي أَشْيَاءَ، فَقَالَ: " أَنَا أَتْقَاكُمْ لِلَّهِ، وَأَعْلَمُكُمْ بِحُدُودِ اللَّهِ" .
