Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23773
It is narrated on the authority of Utbah bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed the Chast prayer in his house and the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) stood behind the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and joined him in prayer.

حضرت عتبان بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان کے گھر میں چاشت کی نماز پڑھی اور صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نبی کریم، ﷺ کے پیچھے کھڑے ہو کر نبی کریم ﷺ کی نماز میں شریک ہوگئے۔
Hazrat Utban bin Malik RA se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem SAW ne un ke ghar mein chast ki namaz parhi aur Sahaba karam RA Nabi Kareem SAW ke peeche kharay ho kar Nabi Kareem SAW ki namaz mein sharik hogaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ عِتْبَانَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " صَلَّى فِي بَيْتِهِ سُبْحَةَ الضُّحَى" ، فَقَامُوا وَرَاءَهُ فَصَلَّوْا بِصَلَاتِهِ.
