Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24043
Someone asked Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) and Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) which deed was most beloved to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). They replied, "That which is done regularly, even if it is little."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا اور ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے کسی نے پو چھا کہ نبی ﷺ کے نزدیک سب سے پسند یدہ عمل کون سا تھا؟ انہوں نے فرمایا جو ہمیشہ ہو، اگرچہ تھوڑا ہو۔
Hazrat Ayesha Raziallahu Anha aur Umme Salma Raziallahu Anha se kisi ne puchha ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke nazdeek sab se pasandida amal kon sa tha? Unhon ne farmaya jo hamesha ho, agarche thora ho.
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ: سُئِلَتْ عَائِشَةُ ، وَأُمُّ سَلَمَةَ أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ كَانَ أَعْجَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَتَا: " مَا دَامَ وَإِنْ قَلَّ" .
