Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24147
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I never saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fasting in the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو ذی الحجہ کے پہلے عشرے میں کبھی روزے رکھتے ہوئے نہیں دیکھا۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh maine Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko Zil-Hajj ke pehle ashre mein kabhi rozy rakhte hue nahi dekha.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، وَيَعْلَى ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت: " مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَائِمًا فِي الْعَشْرِ قَطُّ" .
