Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24252
Narrated Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: Umm Habibah and Umm Salamah, may Allah be pleased with them, mentioned about a church that they had seen in Abyssinia in which there were pictures. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Those people, when a pious man dies amongst them, they build a place of worship over his grave and then they make these pictures in it. They will be the worst of creatures in the sight of Allah on the Day of Judgment.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت ام حبیبہ اور ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ایک مرتبہ ایک کنیسے کا تذکرہ کیا جو انہوں نے حبشہ میں دیکھا تھا اور جس میں تصاویر بھی تھیں، تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ان لوگوں میں جب کوئی نیک آدمی فوت ہوجاتا تھا تو وہ اس کی قبر پر مسجد بنالیتے تھے اور وہاں یہ تصویریں بنا لیتے تھے، وہ لوگ قیامت کے دن اللہ کے نزدیک سب سے بدترین مخلوق ہوں گے۔
Hazrat Aisha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ki Hazrat Umm Habibah aur Umm Salma Radi Allaho Anha ne ek martaba ek girje ka tazkara kiya jo unhon ne Habsha me dekha tha aur jis mein tasveerein bhi thin to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya in logon mein jab koi nek aadmi foot hojata tha to wo uski qabar par masjid bana lete the aur wahan ye tasveerein bana lete the, wo log qayamat ke din Allah ke nazdeek sab se badtareen makhlooq honge.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، قَالَ أَبِي: ح وَوَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الْمَعْنَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ، وَأُمَّ سَلَمَةَ، ذَكَرَتَا كَنِيسَةً رَأَيْنَهَا بِالْحَبَشَةِ، فِيهَا تَصَاوِيرُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ أُولَئِكَ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهِمْ الرَّجُلُ الصَّالِحُ، فَمَاتَ، بَنَوْا عَلَى قَبْرِهِ مَسْجِدًا، وَصَوَّرُوا فِيهِ تِلْكَ الصُّوَرَ، أُولَئِكَ شِرَارُ الْخَلْقِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ" ، قَالَ أَبِي: قَالَ وَكِيعٌ: إِنَّهُمْ تَذَاكَرُوا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مَرَضِهِ، فَذَكَرَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ وَأُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ كَنِيسَةً رَأَيْنَهَا فِي أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ.
