Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24289
It is narrated on the authority of Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded the people to do something which they had the strength to do, and they said, "O Messenger of Allah! We are not like you. Allah has forgiven all your past and future sins," the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would become angry and signs of anger would appear on his blessed face.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ اگر نبی ﷺ لوگوں کو کسی ایسے کام کا حکم دیتے جس کی وہ طاقت رکھتے ہوں اور وہ کہتے یا رسول اللہ! ہم آپ کی طرح نہیں ہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کے تو اگلے پچھلے سارے گناہ معاف فرمادیئے ہیں، تو نبی ﷺ ناراض ہوجاتے اور غصے کے آثار چہرہ مبارک پر نظر آنے لگتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ki agar Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam logon ko kisi aise kaam ka hukum dete jis ki wo taqat rakhte hon aur wo kahte Ya Rasool Allah hum aap ki tarah nahi hain Allah Ta'ala ne aap ke to agle pichle sare gunah maaf farma diye hain to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam naraz hojate aur gusse ke asar chehra mubarak par nazar aane lagte the.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" كَانَ إِذَا أَمَرَهُمْ بِمَا يُطِيقُونَ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ يَقُولُونَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا لَسْنَا كَهَيْئَتِكَ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ غَفَرَ لَكَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ، قَالَتْ: فَيَغْضَبُ حَتَّى يُعْرَفَ الْغَضَبُ فِي وَجْهِهِ" .
