The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2433
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Sayyiduna Ma'iz bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) presented himself before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to confess his sin, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him: "Perhaps you kissed her, or touched her, or looked at her?" He replied: "No, O Messenger of Allah." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: "Did you have sexual intercourse with her?" He said: "Yes." Then, on the order of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he was stoned to death.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ جب سیدنا ماعز بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں اعتراف جرم کے لئے حاضر ہوئے تو نبی ﷺ نے ان سے فرمایا: ”شاید تم نے اسے بوسہ دیا ہوگا، یا چھیڑ خانی کی ہوگی، یا دیکھا ہوگا؟“ انہوں نے عرض کیا: نہیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم نے اس سے جماع کیا ہے؟“ انہوں نے کہا: جی ہاں! تب نبی ﷺ کے حکم پر انہیں سنگسار کر دیا گیا۔
Syedna Ibn Abbas RA se marvi hai ki jab Syedna Maaz bin Malik RA Nabi SAW ki khidmat mein ehtraaf jurm ke liye hazir hue to Nabi SAW ne un se farmaya: "Shayad tum ne usey bosa diya hoga, ya chher khaani ki hogi, ya dekha hoga?" Unhon ne arz kiya: nahi, Nabi SAW ne farmaya: "Kya tum ne us se jima kiya hai?" Unhon ne kaha: ji haan! Tab Nabi SAW ke hukum par unhen sangsar kar diya gaya.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ يَعْلَي بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، لَمَّا أَتَاهُ مَاعِزُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:" لَعَلَّكَ قَبَّلْتَ، أَوْ غَمَزْتَ، أَوْ نَظَرْتَ؟" , قَالَ: لَا , قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَنِكْتَهَا؟" , لَا يُكَنِّي، قَالَ: نَعَمْ , قَالَ: فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ أَمَرَ بِرَجْمِهِ.
