Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24377
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that when the last Ashra (ten days and nights) of Ramadan would begin, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would stay awake at night, wake up his family, and tighten his waist belt (in devotion).

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ جب ماہ رمضان کا آخری عشرہ شروع ہوتا تو نبی ﷺ رَت جگا فرماتے اپنے اہل خانہ کو جگاتے اور کمر بند کس لیتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا بَقِيَ عَشْرٌ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، شَدَّ مِئْزَرَهُ، وَاعْتَزَلَ أَهْلَهُ" .
