Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24385
It was narrated from Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that a man asked the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, "O Messenger of Allah! If the time for prayer comes, and I am obliged to perform ghusl (ritual bath), and I also want to fast, what should I do?" The Prophet said, "If such a situation were to arise with me, I would perform ghusl and keep the fast." The man said, "We are not like you. Allah has forgiven all your past and future sins." The Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, became displeased, and signs of anger appeared on his blessed face. He said, "By Allah, I hope that I am the most God-fearing and knowledgeable among you."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی ﷺ سے پو چھا یارسول اللہ! اگر نماز کا وقت آجائے، مجھ پر غسل واجب ہو اور میں روزہ بھی رکھنا چاہتا ہوں تو کیا کروں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر میرے ساتھ ایسی کیفیت پیش آجائے تو میں غسل کر کے روزہ رکھ لیتا ہوں، وہ کہنے لگا ہم آپ کی طرح نہیں ہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کے تو اگلے پچھلے سارے گناہ معاف فرمادیئے ہیں، تو نبی ﷺ نا راض ہوگئے اور غصے کے آثار چہرہ مبارک پر نظر آنے لگے اور فرمایا واللہ مجھے امید ہے کہ تم سب سے زیادہ اللہ سے ڈرنے والا اور اس کے متعلق جاننے والا میں ہی ہوں۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki aik aadmi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se poocha ya Rasul Allah agar namaz ka waqt ajaye mujh per ghusl wajib ho aur mein roza bhi rakhna chahta hun to kya karun Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar mere sath aisi kefiyat pesh ajaye to mein ghusl kar ke roza rakh leta hun wo kahne laga hum aap ki tarah nahin hain Allah Ta'ala ne aap ke to agle pichle sare gunah maaf farmadiye hain to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) naraz hogaye aur ghusse ke asar chehra mubarak per nazar aane lage aur farmaya Wallahi mujhe umeed hai ki tum sab se zyada Allah se darne wala aur uske mutalliq jaanne wala mein hi hun
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُنْذِرِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ مَوْلَى عَائِشَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، تُدْرِكُنِي الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنَا جُنُبٌ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " وَأَنَا تُدْرِكُنِي الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنَا جُنُبٌ، وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ، فَأَغْتَسِلُ، ثُمَّ أَصُومُ"، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: إِنَّا لَسْنَا مِثْلَكَ، فَقَدْ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَكَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ، فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ:" وَاللَّهِ، إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ أَكُونَ أَخْشَاكُمْ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، وَأَعْلَمَكُمْ بِمَا أَتَّقِي" .
