Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24398
Narrated Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Do you know who will be the foremost in going towards the Throne of Allah on the Day of Resurrection?" The people replied, "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said, "The foremost will be those who accept what is due to them when they are given, who pay what is due from them when they are asked, and who judge for people as they judge for themselves."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ قیامت کے دن عرش الہٰی کی طرف سبقت لے جانے والے لوگ کون ہوں گے؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول زیادہ جانتے ہیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ وہ لوگ ہوں گے کہ اگر انہیں ان کا حق مل جائے تو قبول کرلیتے ہیں، جب مانگا جائے تو دیدیتے ہیں اور لوگوں کے لئے وہی فیصلہ کرتے ہیں جو اپنے لئے کرتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Aisha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne irshad farmaya kya tum jante ho keh qayamat ke din arsh ilahi ki taraf sabaqat le jane wale log kon honge? Logon ne arz kiya keh Allah aur uske rasool zyada jante hain, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya yeh wo log honge keh agar unhen unka haq mil jaye to qubool karlete hain, jab manga jaye to dete hain aur logon ke liye wohi faisla karte hain jo apne liye karte hain.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، وَيَحْيَى ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَتَدْرُونَ مَنْ السَّابِقُونَ إِلَى ظِلِّ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟"، قَالُوا: اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَرَسُولُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْلَمُ، قَالَ:" الَّذِينَ إِذَا أُعْطُوا الْحَقَّ قَبِلُوهُ، وَإِذَا سُئِلُوهُ بَذَلُوهُ، وَحَكَمُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُكْمَهُمْ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ" .
