Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24489
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said, “Whoever catches one unit of prayer before sunset, has caught Asr and whoever catches one unit of prayer before sunrise has caught Fajr.”

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص غروب آفتاب سے پہلے عصر کی ایک رکعت پالے یا طلوع آفتاب سے پہلے ایک رکعت پالے تو اس نے اس نماز کو پالیا۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs ghuroob aftab se pehle asr ki aik rakat paale ya tolooa aftab se pehle aik rakat paale to us ne us namaz ko paaliya.
حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُرْوَةُ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ سَجْدَةً مِنَ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَمِنْ الْفَجْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا" .
