Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24648
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to perform ghusl (ritual bath) after sexual intercourse, he would first wash his hands thrice, then hold the utensil with his right hand and pour water on his left hand, then wash his private parts thoroughly, then wash that hand thoroughly. He would then rinse his mouth thrice, inhale water into his nose thrice, wash his face thrice, wash his hands thrice, pour water over his head thrice and then pour water over the rest of his body and then move away from that place and wash his feet.

حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب غسل جنابت کا ارادہ فرماتے تو پہلے تین مرتبہ اپنے دونوں ہاتھ دھوتے، پھر دائیں ہاتھ سے برتن پکڑ کر بائیں ہاتھ پر پانی ڈالتے، پھر شرمگاہ کو اچھی طرح دھوتے، پھر اس ہاتھ کو اچھی طرح دھوتے، تین مرتبہ کلی کرتے، تین مرتبہ ناک میں پانی ڈالتے، تین مرتبہ چہرہ دھوتے تین مرتبہ ہاتھ دھوتے، تین مرتبہ سر پر پانی ڈالتے، پھر باقی جسم پر پانی ڈالتے اور اس جگہ سے ہٹ کر اپنے پاؤں دھولیتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ، يَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُ بِيَمِينِهِ لِيَصُبَّ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ، فَيَغْسِلُ فَرْجَهُ حَتَّى يُنَقِّيَهُ، ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُ يَدَهُ غَسْلًا حَسَنًا، ثُمَّ يُمَضْمِضُ ثَلَاثًا، وَيَسْتَنْشِقُ ثَلَاثًا، وَيَغْسِلُ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا، وَذِرَاعَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ يَصُبُّ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ الْمَاءَ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَ غَسَلَ قَدَمَيْهِ" .
