Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24914
It is narrated by Aisha that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that when the two circumcised parts meet, then ghusl (ritual bath) becomes obligatory.

حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جب شرمگاہ، شرمگاہ سے مل جائے تو غسل واجب ہوجاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Ayesha se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab sharamgah sharamgah se mil jaye to ghusal wajib hojata hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِذَا الْتَقَى الْخِتَانَانِ، اغْتَسَلَ" .
