Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 24996
It is narrated on the authority of Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying in the bowing (ruku) of Tahajjud prayer: "There is no deity worthy of worship but You."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو تہجد کی نماز میں رکوع میں لا الہ الا انت کہتے ہوئے سنا ہے۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ke maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko tahajud ki namaz mein rukuh mein La ilaha illa ant kehte hue suna hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ: فِي رَكْعَةٍ مِنْ صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ" لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ" .
