Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25068
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted the use of Ruqya (incantations) for protection against the evil eye.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے نظر بد سے بچنے کے لئے جھاڑ پھونک کرنے کی اجازت دی تھی۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne nazar e bad se bachne ke liye jhaar phonk karne ki ijazat di thi.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , وَمِسْعَرٌ , عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَسْتَرْقِيَ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ" .
