Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25174
It is narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once, the other wives of the Prophet (peace be upon him) sent Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) to him. She asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) for permission to enter the house, while he was in his tent with Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). The Prophet (peace be upon him) allowed Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) to enter. She came in and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Your wives have sent me to you. They seek justice from you in the matter of the daughter of Abu Quhafah." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "My dear daughter! Don't you love whom I love?" She replied, "Why not?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said about Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "Then love her too." Upon hearing this, Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) stood up and left. She informed the other wives about her conversation with the Prophet (peace be upon him). Hearing this, they said, "You could not achieve anything for us. Go back to the Prophet (peace be upon him)." Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) replied, "By Allah, now I will not speak to him about this matter." Then the other wives sent Zainab bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her). She sought permission, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) allowed her as well. She entered and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Your wives have sent me to you. They seek justice from you in the matter of the daughter of Abu Quhafah." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says, "After that she began to attack me (tauntingly). I kept looking at the Prophet (peace be upon him) to see if he would permit me to respond. When I felt that if I responded, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would not like it, I started answering Zainab and did not stop until I silenced her. The Prophet (peace be upon him) kept smiling during this. Then he said, 'She is also the daughter of Abu Bakr'." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says, "I have not seen any woman better than Zainab bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her) - generous in charity, maintaining ties of kinship and devoting herself completely to every act of worship of Allah. However, the jealousy of a co-wife is a different thing, in which she came close to being equal."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کی دیگر ازواج مطہرات نے حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو نبی ﷺ کے پاس بھیجا، انہوں نے نبی ﷺ سے گھر میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت چاہی، اس وقت نبی ﷺ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے ساتھ ان کی چادر میں تھے، نبی ﷺ نے حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو اندر آنے کی اجازت دے دی، وہ اندر آئیں اور کہنے لگیں یا رسول اللہ! مجھے آپ کی ازواج مطہرات نے آپ کے پاس بھیجا ہے، وہ آپ سے ابوقحافہ کی بیٹی کی معاملے میں انصاف کی درخواست کرتی ہیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا پیاری بیٹی! کیا تم اس سے محبت نہیں کروگی جس سے میں محبت کرتا ہوں؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا کیوں نہیں، نبی ﷺ نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے متعلق فرمایا کہ پھر ان سے بھی محبت کرو، یہ سن کہ حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہ کھڑی ہوئیں اور واپس چلی گئیں اور ازواج مطہرات کو اپنے اور نبی ﷺ کے درمیان ہونے والی گفتگو بتادی، جسے سن کر انہوں نے کہا آپ ہمارا کوئی کام نہ کرسکیں، آپ دوبارہ نبی ﷺ کے پاس جایئے تو حضرت فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا واللہ اب میں اس سے معاملے میں ان سے بھی بات نہیں کروں گی۔ پھر ازواج مطہرات نے حضرت زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہ کو بھیجا، انہوں نے اجازت طلب کی، نبی ﷺ نے انہیں بھی اجازت دے دی، وہ اندر آئیں تو انہوں نے بھی یہی کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! مجھے آپ کی ازواج مطہرات نے آپ کے پاس بھیجا ہے، وہ آپ سے ابوقحافہ کی بیٹی کے معاملے میں انصاف کی درخواست کرتی ہیں، حضرت عائشہ کہتی ہیں کہ اس کے بعد انہوں نے مجھ پر حملے شروع کر دئیے (طعنے) میں نبی ﷺ کو دیکھتی رہی کہ کیا وہ مجھے جواب دینے کی اجازت دیتے ہیں؟ جب مجھے محسوس ہوگیا کہ اگر میں انہیں جواب دوں تو نبی ﷺ اسے محسوس نہیں فرمائیں گے، پھر میں نے زینب کو جواب دینا شروع کیا اور اس وقت تک ان کا پیچھا نہیں چھوڑا جب تک انہیں خاموش نہیں کرادیا، نبی ﷺ اس دوران مسکراتے رہے، پھر فرمایا یہ ہے بھی تو ابوبکر کی بیٹی۔ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہ سے اچھی، کثرت سے صدقہ کرنے والی، صلہ رحمی کرنے والی اور اللہ کی ہر عبادت میں اپنے آپ کو گھلانے والی کوئی عورت نہیں دیکھی، البتہ سوکن کی تیزی ایک الگ چیز ہے جس میں وہ برابری کے قریب آتی تھیں۔
Hazrat Aisha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ki digar azwaj e mutahharaat ne Hazrat Fatima Radi Allaho Anha ko Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke pass bheja, unhon ne Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam se ghar mein dakhil hone ki ijazat chahi, us waqt Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Hazrat Aisha Radi Allaho Anha ke saath unki chadar mein thay, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne Hazrat Fatima Radi Allaho Anha ko andar aane ki ijazat de di, woh andar aayin aur kehne lagin Ya Rasulullah! mujhe aap ki azwaj e mutahharaat ne aap ke pass bheja hai, woh aap se Abu Quhafa ki beti ke mamle mein insaaf ki darkhwast karti hain, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya pyari betii! kya tum us se muhabbat nahin karogi jis se main muhabbat karta hun? unhon ne arz kia kyun nahin, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne Hazrat Aisha Radi Allaho Anha ke mutalliq farmaya ki phir un se bhi muhabbat karo, yeh sun kar Hazrat Fatima Radi Allaho Anha khadi huin aur wapas chali gayin aur azwaj e mutahharaat ko apne aur Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke darmiyaan hone wali guftagu bata di, jise sun kar unhon ne kaha aap hamara koi kaam na kar sakin, aap dobara Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke pass jaiye to Hazrat Fatima Radi Allaho Anha ne kaha Wallahi ab main is se mamle mein un se bhi baat nahin karun gi. phir azwaj e mutahharaat ne Hazrat Zainab Bint Jahsh Radi Allaho Anha ko bheja, unhon ne ijazat talab ki, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne unhen bhi ijazat de di, woh andar aayin to unhon ne bhi yahi kaha ki Ya Rasulullah! mujhe aap ki azwaj e mutahharaat ne aap ke pass bheja hai, woh aap se Abu Quhafa ki beti ke mamle mein insaaf ki darkhwast karti hain, Hazrat Aisha kehti hain ki uske baad unhon ne mujh par hamle shuru kar diye (taane) mein Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko dekhti rahi ki kya woh mujhe jawab dene ki ijazat dete hain? jab mujhe mehsoos ho gaya ki agar mein unhen jawab dun to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ise mehsoos nahin farmaayen ge, phir maine Zainab ko jawab dena shuru kia aur us waqt tak unka peechha nahin chhoda jab tak unhen khamosh nahin kara dia, Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam is dauran muskuraate rahe, phir farmaya yeh hai bhi to Abu Bakr ki beti. Hazrat Aisha Radi Allaho Anha kehti hain ki maine Zainab Bint Jahsh Radi Allaho Anha se achchi, kasrat se sadqa karne wali, sila rehmi karne wali aur Allah ki har ibadat mein apne aap ko ghulane wali koi aurat nahin dekhi, albatta sokkan ki tezi ek alag cheez hai jis mein woh barabari ke qareeb aati thin.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: اجْتَمَعْت أَزْوَاجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَرْسَلْنَ فَاطِمَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْنَ لَهَا: قُولِي لَهُ: إِنَّ نِسَاءَكَ يَنْشُدْنَكَ الْعَدْلَ فِي ابْنَةِ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ، قَالَتْ: فَدَخَلَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مَعَ عَائِشَةَ فِي مِرْطِهَا، فَقَالَتْ لَهُ: إِنَّ نِسَاءَكَ أَرْسَلْنَنِي إِلَيْكَ وَهُنَّ يَنْشُدْنَكَ الْعَدْلَ فِي ابْنَةِ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ، فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَتُحِبِّينِي؟"، قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ:" فَأَحِبِّيهَا". فَرَجَعَتْ إِلَيْهِنَّ، فَأَخْبَرَتْهُنَّ مَا قَالَ لَهَا، فَقُلْنَ: إِنَّكِ لَمْ تَصْنَعِي شَيْئًا، فَارْجِعِي إِلَيْهِ، فَقَالَتْ: وَاللَّهِ لَا أَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبَدًا قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: وَكَانَتْ ابْنَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَقًّا، فَأَرْسَلْنَ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ جَحْشٍ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: هِيَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ تُسَامِينِي مِنْ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: إِنَّ أَزْوَاجَكَ أَرْسَلْنَنِي إِلَيْكَ، وَهُنَّ يَنْشُدْنَكَ الْعَدْلَ فِي ابْنَةِ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ، قَالَتْ: ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَتْ عَلَيَّ تَشْتُمُنِي، فَجَعَلْتُ أُرَاقِبُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنْظُرُ إِلَى طَرْفِهِ، هَلْ يَأْذَنُ لِي فِي أَنْ أَنْتَصِرَ مِنْهَا، فَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ، قَالَتْ: فَشَتَمَتْنِي حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَنْتَصِرَ مِنْهَا، فَاسْتَقْبَلْتُهَا، فَلَمْ أَلْبَثْ أَنْ أَفْحَمْتُهَا، قَالَتْ: فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّهَا ابْنَةُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ" . قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ وَلَمْ أَرَ امْرَأَةً خَيْرًا مِنْهَا، وَأَكْثَرَ صَدَقَةً، وَأَوْصَلَ لِلرَّحِمِ، وَأَبْذَلَ لِنَفْسِهَا فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُتَقَرَّبُ بِهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ زَيْنَبَ، مَا عَدَا سَوْرَةً مِنْ غَرْبٍ حَدٍّ كَانَ فِيهَا، تُوشِكُ مِنْهَا الْفِيئَةَ.
