Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25198
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), regarding the allegiance of women, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never touched a woman with his hand except that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would take allegiance from a woman and she would pledge allegiance, then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say to her, "Go, I have accepted your allegiance."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے عورتوں کی بیعت کے حوالے سے مروی ہے، کہ نبی ﷺ نے کبھی اپنے ہاتھ سے کسی عورت کا ہاتھ نہیں پکڑا الاّ یہ کہ نبی ﷺ کسی عورت سے بیعت لیتے اور وہ اقرار کرلیتی تو نبی ﷺ اس سے فرما دیتے کہ جاؤ میں نے تمہیں بیعت کرلیا۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se aurton ki bai't ke hawale se marvi hai, keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne kabhi apne hath se kisi aurat ka hath nahin pakra illa yeh keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam kisi aurat se bai't lete aur wo iqrar karleti to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam us se farma dete keh jao maine tumhein bai't karlia.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَة َقَالَتْ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُبَايِعُ النِّسَاءَ بِالْكَلَامِ بِهَذِهِ الْآيَةِ: عَلَى أَنْ لا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا سورة الممتحنة آية 12، قَالَتْ: وَمَا مَسَّتْ يَدُهُ يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا امْرَأَةً يَمْلِكُهَا" .
