Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25215
It is narrated on the authority of Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) declared the gecko (lizard) to be (harmful), but I have not heard him ordering to kill it.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے چپکلی کو (نقصان دہ) قرار دیا ہے، لیکن میں نے انہیں چھپکلی کو مارنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے نہیں سنا۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne chipkali ko nuqsan deh karar diya hai, lekin maine unhen chipkali ko marne ka hukum dete huye nahi suna.
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْوَزَغِ: " فُوَيْسِقٌ". وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ أَمْرَ بِقَتْلِهِ .
