Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25283
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would become obligated to perform Ghusl (ritual bath), a container of water would be placed for him. He would first wash both of his hands before putting them in the container. Then, he would put his right hand in the container and pour water over his left hand, washing his private parts. Then he would rinse his mouth three times and inhale water into his nose. Then he would wash his face and both arms. Then he would take three handfuls of water and pour it over his head. Then he would wash his entire body.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ پر غسل واجب ہوجاتا تو ان کے لئے پانی کا برتن رکھا جاتا اور وہ سب سے پہلے اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں کو برتن میں ڈالنے سے پہلے دھوتے، پھر دائیں ہاتھ کو برتن میں داخل کر کے اس سے بائیں ہاتھ پر پانی بہاتے اور شرمگاہ کو دھوتے، پھر تین مرتبہ کلی کرتے اور ناک میں پانی ڈالتے، پھر چہرہ اور دونوں بازو دھوتے، پھر تین چلو پانی لے کر سر پر بہاتے، پھر غسل کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Raziallahu Anha se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par ghusl wajib hojata to un ke liye pani ka bartan rakha jata aur wo sab se pehle apne donon hathon ko bartan mein dalne se pehle dhote, phir dayen hath ko bartan mein dakhil kar ke us se bayen hath par pani bahati aur sharmgah ko dhote, phir teen martaba kali karte aur nak mein pani dalte, phir chehra aur donon bazu dhote, phir teen chalu pani le kar sar par bahati, phir ghusl karte the.
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْنُبُ، فَيُوضَعُ لَهُ الْإِنَاءُ فِيهِ الْمَاءُ، فَيُفْرِغُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ، فَيَغْسِلُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُدْخِلَهُمَا فِي الْمَاءِ، ثُمَّ يُدْخِلُ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى فِي الْإِنَاءِ، فَيُفْرِغُ بِهَا عَلَى يَدِهِ الْيُسْرَى، فَيَغْسِلُ فَرْجَهُ، ثُمَّ يُمَضْمِضُ وَيَسْتَنْشِقُ ثَلَاثًا، وَيَغْسِلُ وَجْهَهُ وَذِرَاعَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَغْرِفُ ثَلَاثَ غَرَفَاتٍ، فَيَصُبُّهَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ" .
