Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25284
It is narrated on the authority of Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The inheritance of a slave is for the one who sets him free."

حضرت عائشہ رضی عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا غلام کی وراثت اسی کو ملتی ہے جو اسے آزاد کرتا ہے۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya gulam ki warasat usi ko milti hai jo use azad karta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ" .
