Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25457
Hazrat Aisha (RA) narrates that in the beginning, the Prophet (SAW) prohibited men and women from going to the bathhouse together. Later, he allowed men to go to the bathhouse with a waist-wrapper.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ابتداء میں مردوں اور عورتوں کو حمام میں جانے سے روک دیا تھا، بعد میں مردوں کو اس بات کی اجازت دے دی تھی کہ وہ تہبندے کے ساتھ حمام میں جاسکتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ibtida mein mardon aur aurton ko hammam mein jaane se rok diya tha, baad mein mardon ko is baat ki ijazat de di thi ke woh tehband ke sath hammam mein ja sakte hain.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُذْرَةَ ، وَكَانَ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى الرِّجَالَ وَالنِّسَاءَ عَنِ الْحَمَّامَاتِ ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ لِلرِّجَالِ فِي الْمَيَازِرِ" .
