Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25460
It is narrated on the authority of Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in the mosque and asked a slave girl to bring him a mat. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to spread it out and pray on it. She said that she was menstruating. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Her menstruation does not transfer to her hands."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ مسجد میں تھے کہ ایک باندی سے فرمایا مجھے چٹائی پکڑانا، نبی ﷺ اسے بچھا کر اس پر نماز پڑھنا چاہتے تھے، انہوں نے بتایا کہ وہ ایام سے ہے، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اس کے " ایام " اس کے ہاتھ میں سرایت نہیں کرگئے۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) masjid mein thay ki aik bandi se farmaya mujhe chatai pakrana, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) use bichha kar us par namaz parhna chahte thay, unhon ne bataya ki woh ayam se hai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya us ke "ayam" us ke hath mein sarayat nahin kar gaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَهِيِّ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْجَارِيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ:" نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ"، قَالَتْ: أَرَادَ أَنْ يَبْسُطَهَا فَيُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي حَائِضٌ، فَقَالَ:" إِنَّ حَيْضَتَهَا لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِهَا" ..
