Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25475
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood among us and said, “By Him besides Whom there is no deity, it is unlawful to shed the blood of a Muslim who bears witness that there is no deity but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah, except in one of three cases: a married person who commits adultery, taking life for life (qisas), or one who abandons his religion and separates himself from the main body of the Muslims.”

حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہمارے درمیان کھڑے ہو کر ارشاد فرمایا اس ذات کی قسم جس کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں، جو مسلمان اس بات کی گواہی دیتا ہو کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور میں اللہ کا پیغمبر ہوں، اس کا خون حلال نہیں ہے، سوائے تین میں سے کسی ایک صورت کے، یا تو شادی شدہ ہو کر بدکاری کرے، یا قصاصاً قتل کرنا پڑے یا وہ شخص جو اپنے دین کو ہی ترک کردے اور جماعت سے جدا ہوجائے۔
Hazrat Ibn Masood razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humare darmiyan kharay ho kar irshad farmaya is zaat ki qasam jis ke ilawa koi mabood nahin jo musalman is baat ki gawahi deta ho ki Allah ke ilawa koi mabood nahin aur main Allah ka paighambar hoon us ka khoon halal nahin hai siwaye teen mein se kisi ek surat ke ya to shadi shuda ho kar badkari kare ya qisasam qatl karna paray ya woh shakhs jo apne deen ko hi tark karde aur jamaat se juda ho jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ: قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ:" وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ، لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَنِّي مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةَ نَفَرٍ: التَّارِكُ الْإِسْلَامَ، وَالْمُفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةَ، وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ" . قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ: فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، بِمِثْلِهِ.
