Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25612
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that if I saw a semen stain on the clothes of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I would scratch it off.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ اگر مجھے نبی ﷺ کے کپڑوں پر مادہ منویہ کانشان دکھائی دیتا تو اسے کھرچ دیتی تھی۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh agar mujhe Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke kapdon per mada maniya ka nishan dikhayi deta to use khurach deti thi.
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ: " كُنْتُ أَرَاهُ عَلَى ثَوْبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، الْمَنِيَّ، فَأَحُكُّهُ" . وَقَالَ يَحْيَى: مَرَّةً فَأَفْرُكُهُ.
