The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2563
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) only stopped between Arafah and Muzdalifah so that he could urinate.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے عرفات اور مزدلفہ کے درمیان صرف اس لئے منزل کی تھی تاکہ پانی بہا سکیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Arafat aur Muzdalifah ke darmiyaan sirf is liye manzil ki thi taake pani baha saken.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رُفَيْعٍ , أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ , سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ:" لَمْ يَنْزِلْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ عَرَفَاتٍ وَجَمْعٍ إِلَّا لِيُهَرِيقَ الْمَاءَ".
