Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25675
Abu Bakr bin Abdur Rahman narrates: Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that a person who remains in the state of Janabah (major ritual impurity) until morning, his fast is not valid. Once I went to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and asked for her opinion on this matter. She said, “I cannot say anything definitive about this. Sometimes, when the Mu'adhdhin would call for prayer, I would see water flowing between the shoulders of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would offer Fajr prayer and fast that day.”

ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمن کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہا کرتے تھے کہ جو آدمی صبح کے وقت جنبی ہو، اس کا روزہ نہیں ہوتا، ایک مرتبہ میں حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور ان سے ان کی رائے معلوم کی، انہوں نے فرمایا میں تو اس کے متعلق کچھ نہیں کہہ سکتی، بعض اوقات مؤذن اذان دیتا تو میں نبی ﷺ کے دونوں کندھوں کے درمیان پانی بہتے ہوئے دیکھتی، پھر نبی ﷺ فجر کی نماز پڑھتے اور اس دن روزہ رکھ لیتے تھے۔
Abu Bakr bin Abdur Rahman kahte hain ke Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kaha karte the ke jo aadmi subah ke waqt junubi ho, uska roza nahi hota, ek martaba main Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur unse unki rai maloom ki, unhon ne farmaya main to iske mutalliq kuchh nahi kah sakti, baaz auqat muazzin azan deta to main Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke donon kandhon ke darmiyaan pani bahte hue dekhti, phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Fajar ki namaz parhte aur us din roza rakh lete the.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّهُ أَتَى عَائِشَةَ ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُفْتِينَا أَنَّهُ مَنْ أَصْبَحَ جُنُبًا فَلَا صِيَامَ لَهُ، فَمَا تَقُولِينَ فِي ذَلِكَ؟ فَقَالَتْ:" لَسْتُ أَقُولُ فِي ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا قَدْ كَانَ الْمُنَادِي يُنَادِي بِالصَّلَاةِ، فَأَرَى حَدَرَ الْمَاءِ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي الْفَجْرَ، ثُمَّ يَظَلُّ صَائِمًا" .
