Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 25798
It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once a thief stole from her house. She cursed him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her, "Do not lighten his sin."

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ان کے گھر میں کسی چور نے چوری کی، انہوں نے اسے بد دعائیں دیں، تو نبی ﷺ سے فرمایا تم اس کا گناہ ہلکا نہ کرو۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai ke aik martaba un ke ghar mein kisi chor ne chori ki, unhon ne use bad duaein di, to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam se farmaya tum us ka gunah halka na karo.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِح , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِر , ٍعَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ: سُرِقَتْ مِخْنَقَتِي , فَدَعَوْتُ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا , فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم: " لَا تُسَبِّخِي عَلَيْهِ دَعِيهِ بِذَنْبِهِ" .
