ومن مسند بني هاشم The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2594
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had cupping (hijama) done while he was fasting.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے سینگی لگوا کر خون نکلوایا، اس وقت آپ ﷺ روزے سے بھی تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne singi lagwakar khoon nikalwaya, us waqt Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) rozey se bhi thay.
َحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" احْتَجَمَ صَائِمًا".
