Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26326
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha Radi Allahu Anha that the Prophet peace be upon him used to take an oath from the Muslim women who migrated to him on the terms of this verse, on which Allah Almighty says, "O Prophet, When believing women come to you to take the oath of allegiance to you, that they will not associate anything with Allah, they will not steal, they will not commit adultery, they will not kill their children, they will not bring forth slander between their hands and their feet, and they will not disobey you in any good deed, then you should take their oath of allegiance and ask Allah for their forgiveness, indeed Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." Hazrat Aisha Radi Allahu Anha said that when a believing woman agreed to these conditions, the Prophet peace be upon him would say with his tongue that I have accepted your oath of allegiance. By Allah, the Prophet peace be upon him never took the hand of any woman in his hand to take the oath of allegiance, but rather, he would just say that I have accepted your oath of allegiance.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ اپنے پاس ہجرت کر کے آنے والی مسلمان عورتوں سے اس آیت کی شرائط پر امتحان لیا کرتے تھے جس پر اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے " اے نبی ﷺ جب آپ کے پاس مومن عورتیں ان شرائط پر بیعت کرنے کے لئے آئیں کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھہرائیں گی، چوری اور بدکاری نہیں کریں گی، اپنی اولاد کو قتل نہ کریں گی اپنے ہاتھوں اور پاؤں کے درمیان کوئی بہتان گھڑ کر نہ لائیں گی اور کسی نیکی کے کام میں آپ کی نافرمانی نہیں کریں گی تو آپ انہیں بیعت کرلیا کریں اور اللہ سے ان کے لئے بخشش کی دعا کیا کریں، بیشک اللہ بڑا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے " حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ جو مومن عورت ان شرائط کا اقرار کرلیتی تو نبی ﷺ زبان سے کہہ دیتے کہ میں نے تمہیں بیعت کرلیا ہے، واللہ نبی ﷺ نے کسی عورت کے ہاتھ کو ہاتھ لگا کر بیعت نہیں لی، بلکہ صرف یہی کہہ کر بیعت فرما لیتے تھے کہ میں نے تمہیں بیعت کرلیا ہے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha se marvi hai keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam apne pass hijrat kar ke aane wali musalman auraton se is ayat ki sharait par imtehan liya karte the jis par Allah ta'ala farmata hai "Aye Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam jab aap ke pass momin auraten in sharait par bai'at karne ke liye aayen keh woh Allah ke sath kisi ko sharik nahi thahrayengi, chori aur badkari nahi karengi, apni aulad ko qatl na karengi apne hathon aur paaon ke darmiyaan koi buhtan ghar kar na laayengi aur kisi neki ke kaam mein aap ki nafarmani nahi karengi to aap unhen bai'at kar liya karein aur Allah se un ke liye bakhshish ki dua kiya karein, beshak Allah bara bakhshne wala meharban hai" Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha farmati hain keh jo momin aurat in sharait ka iqrar kar leti to Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam zaban se keh dete keh mein ne tumhen bai'at kar liya hai, wallahi Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne kisi aurat ke hath ko hath laga kar bai'at nahi li, balkeh sirf yehi keh kar bai'at farma lete the keh mein ne tumhen bai'at kar liya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , فَذَكَرَ بَعْضَ حَدِيثِ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ , قَالَ: قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ , فَأَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ , أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَمْتَحِنُ مَنْ هَاجَرَ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِهَذِهِ الْآيَةِ بِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى يَأَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ يُبَايِعْنَكَ عَلَى أَنْ لا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلا يَسْرِقْنَ وَلا يَزْنِينَ وَلا يَقْتُلْنَ أَوْلادَهُنَّ وَلا يَأْتِينَ بِبُهْتَانٍ يَفْتَرِينَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِنَّ وَأَرْجُلِهِنَّ وَلا يَعْصِينَكَ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَبَايِعْهُنَّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُنَّ اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ سورة الممتحنة آية 12 قَالَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: فَمَنْ أَقَرَّ بِهَذَا الشَّرْطِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ , قَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَدْ بَايَعْتُكِ كَلَامًا" وَلَا وَاللَّهِ مَا مَسَّتْ يَدُهُ يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ فِي الْمُبَايَعَةِ , مَا بَايَعَهُنَّ إِلَّا بِقَوْلِهِ:" قَدْ بَايَعْتُكِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ" .
