Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26408
It is narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would observe Itikaf, he would only leave the mosque for human necessities.

حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب معتکف ہوتے تو مسجد سے صرف انسانی ضرورت کی بناء پر ہی نکلتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) jab aitkaf hote to masjid se sirf insani zaroorat ki bina par hi nikalte thay.
وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي: حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ , عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَمْرَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اعْتَكَفَ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةِ الْإِنْسَانِ" .
