Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26541
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would finish the prayer and say the Salam, the women would get up as soon as his Salam ended. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would remain seated for a short while before standing up.

حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب سلام پھیرتے تو نبی ﷺ کا سلام ختم ہوتے ہی خواتین اٹھنے لگتی تھیں اور نبی ﷺ کھڑے ہونے سے پہلے کچھ دیر اپنی جگہ پر ہی رک جاتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ هِنْدِ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا سَلَّمَ، قَامَ النِّسَاءُ حِينَ يَقْضِي تَسْلِيمَهُ، وَيَمْكُثُ فِي مَكَانِهِ يَسِيرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقُومَ" .
