Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26548
Abu Imran Aslam said: I went for Hajj with my masters. I visited the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the respected Umm Salamah, and asked: "Can I perform Umrah before Hajj?" She said: "If you want to perform Umrah before Hajj, do it before Hajj, and if you want to do it after, do it after." I said: "Some people say that for a person who has not performed Hajj, it is not correct to perform Umrah before Hajj." Then I asked other Mothers of the Believers the same question, and they gave the same answer. So, I went back to Umm Salamah and told her their answer. She said: "Good, I will satisfy you. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: 'O family of Muhammad, assume Ihram for Hajj and Umrah together."

ابوعمران اسلم کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں اپنے مالکوں کے ساتھ حج کے لئے گیا میں نبی ﷺ کی زوجہ محترمہ حضرت ام سلمہ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا کہ کیا میں حج سے پہلے عمرہ کرسکتا ہوں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا حج سے پہلے عمرہ کرنا چاہو تو حج سے پہلے کرلو اور بعد میں کرنا چاہو تو بعد میں کرلو، میں نے عرض کیا کہ بعض لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ جس شخص نے حج نہ کیا ہو اس کے لئے حج سے پہلے عمرہ کرنا صحیح نہیں ہے پھر میں نے دیگر امہات المؤمنین سے یہی مسئلہ پوچھا تو انہوں نے بھی یہی جواب دیا، چنانچہ میں حضرت ام سلمہ کے پاس واپس آیا اور انہیں ان کا جواب بتایا، انہوں نے فرمایا اچھا میں تمہاری تشفی کردیتی ہوں میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اے آل محمد ﷺ حج کے ساتھ عمرے کا احرام باندھ لو۔
Abu Imran Aslam kehte hain ke ek martaba main apne malikon ke sath Hajj ke liye gaya main Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki زوجہ محترمہ Hazrat Umm Salma ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur arz kiya ke kya main Hajj se pehle Umrah kar sakta hun? Unhon ne farmaya Hajj se pehle Umrah karna chaho to Hajj se pehle karlo aur baad mein karna chaho to baad mein karlo, main ne arz kiya ke baaz log kehte hain ke jis shakhs ne Hajj na kiya ho uske liye Hajj se pehle Umrah karna sahih nahin hai phir main ne deegar Ummahaatul Momineen se yahi masla poocha to unhon ne bhi yahi jawab diya, chunancha main Hazrat Umm Salma ke pass wapas aaya aur unhen unka jawab bataya, unhon ne farmaya achha main tumhari tashaffi kar deti hun main ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke Aye Aal-e-Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Hajj ke sath Umrah ka ehram bandh lo.
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ أَسْلَمَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ: حَجَجْتُ مَعَ مَوَالِيَّ، فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ: أَعْتَمِرُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَحُجَّ؟ قَالَتْ: إِنْ شِئْتَ اعْتَمِرْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ، قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ: مَنْ كَانَ صَرُورَةً، فَلَا يَصْلُحُ أَنْ يَعْتَمِرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَحُجَّ؟ قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، فَقُلْنَ مِثْلَ مَا قَالَتْ، فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَيْهَا، فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِقَوْلِهِنَّ، قَالَ: فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ وَأَشْفِيكَ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " أَهِلُّوا يَا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ بِعُمْرَةٍ فِي حَجٍّ" .
