ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2658
It is narrated on the authority of the aforementioned chain of narrators that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones,” and then he pointed to his nose, both hands, both knees and both feet, and “I have been forbidden to gather up the clothes or the hair during prayer.”

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مجھے سات ہڈیوں پر سجدہ کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے“، پھر انہوں نے ناک، دونوں ہاتھوں، دونوں گھٹنوں اور دونوں پاؤ کی طرف اشارہ کیا، نیز ”کپڑوں اور بالوں کو دوران نماز سمیٹنے سے منع کیا گیا ہے۔“
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai ke nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Mujhe saat haddiyon par sijda karne ka hukm diya gaya hai“, phir unhon ne nak, donon hathon, donon ghutnon aur donon paon ki taraf ishara kiya, niz ”kapdon aur baalon ko dauran namaz sametne se mana kiya gaya hai.“.
(حديث موقوف) وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ كَذَا قَالَ أَبِي , إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةِ أَعْظُمٍ الْجَبْهَةِ، ثُمَّ أَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى أَنْفِهِ، وَالْيَدَيْنِ، وَالرُّكْبَتَيْنِ، وَأَطْرَافِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ، وَلَا يَكُفَّ الثِّيَابَ، وَلَا الشَّعَرَ".
