Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 26952
It is narrated on the authority of Asma that we set out with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with the intention of Hajj. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed us, so we assumed the state of Ihram for Umrah, and all things became lawful for us as before, even the kindling of fires between men and women was permitted.

حضرت اسماء سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ حج کے ارادے سے نکلے تھے نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں حکم دیا تو ہم نے اسے عمرے کا احرام بنا لیا اور ہمارے لئے تمام چیزیں حسب سابق حلال ہوگئیں حتی کہ عورتوں اور مردوں کے درمیان انگیٹھیاں بھی دہکائی گئیں۔
Hazrat Asma se marvi hai keh hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath Hajj ke irade se nikle thay Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humein hukm diya to hum ne use Umrah ka ahram bana liya aur humare liye tamam cheezen hasb sabiq halal ho gayeen hatta ke auraton aur mardon ke darmiyan unghtian bhi dehkai gayeen.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، قَالَتْ:" حَجَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَمَرَنَا، فَجَعَلْنَاهَا عُمْرَةً، فَأَحْلَلْنَا كُلَّ الْإِحْلَالِ، حَتَّى سَطَعَتْ الْمَجَامِرُ بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَالرِّجَالِ" .
