ومن مسند بني هاشم The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2779
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed defending himself from oppression is a martyr."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص ظلم سے اپنی حفاظت کرتے ہوئے مارا جائے وہ شہید ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs zulm se apni hifazat karte hue mara jaye woh shaheed hai.“
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَوُادَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَظْلَمَتِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ".
