The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3105
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that on the day of Eid, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered prayer before the sermon without the call to prayer (adhan). Then he delivered the sermon. Then he held the hand of Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) and came to the women and preached to them and advised them. And while returning, he instructed Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) to “go to these women and encourage them to give charity.”

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے عید کے دن خطبہ سے پہلے بغیر اذان کے نماز پڑھائی، پھر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا، پھر سیدنا بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کا ہاتھ پکڑا اور عورتوں کے پاس آ کر انہیں وعظ و نصیحت کی اور واپس جاتے ہوئے سیدنا بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دیا کہ ”ان عورتوں کے پاس جا کر انہیں صدقہ کرنے کی ترغیب دو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Eid ke din khutba se pehle baghair azan ke namaz parhayi, phir khutba irshad farmaya, phir Sayyidna Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka hath pakra aur aurton ke pass aa kar unhen waz o nasihat ki aur wapas jate huye Sayyidna Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko hukm diya ki "in aurton ke pass ja kar unhen sadqa karne ki targhib do."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ . وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالنَّاسِ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِ بِلَالٍ، فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ، فَخَطَبَهُنَّ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا بَعْدَ مَا قَفَّا مِنْ عِنْدِهِنَّ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُنَّ، فَيَأْمُرَهُنَّ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقْنَ".
