ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3218
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, Sayyidina Sa'b bin Jathamah (may Allah be pleased with him) presented a donkey's leg, dripping with blood, to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). But the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned it to him, saying, "We are in the state of Ihram."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ سیدنا صعب بن جثامہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں ایک حمار کی ٹانگ پیش کی، جس میں سے خون ٹپک رہا تھا، لیکن نبی ﷺ نے اسے واپس کرتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ ”ہم محرم ہیں۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba Sayyidna Saab bin Jussama (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein ek hamar ki taang pesh ki, jis mein se khoon tappak raha tha, lekin Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use wapas karte hue farmaya ki "Hum muhrim hain."
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ أَهْدَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَجُزَ حِمَارٍ يَقْطُرُ دَمًا، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَرَدَّهُ".
