The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3300
Our master Ibn Umar and our master Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, testify about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prohibited (using) vessels made of gourd, squash, wood treated with tar, and pitch. Then he recited this verse: "And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from." [Al-Hashr: 7]

سیدنا ابن عمر اور سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم نبی ﷺ کے متعلق اس بات کی شہادت دیتے ہیں کہ نبی ﷺ نے دباء، حنتم، مزفت اور نقیر نامی برتنوں سے منع فرمایا ہے، پھر یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی: «﴿وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا﴾ [الحشر: 7] » ”پیغمبر تمہیں جو دے دیں وہ لے لو اور جس سے روکیں اس سے رک جاؤ۔“
Saydna Ibn Umar aur Saydna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a Nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam ke mutaliq is baat ki shahadat dete hain ke Nabi sallallahu alayhi wasallam ne diba, hantam, mizfat aur naqir nami bartan se mana farmaya hai, phir ye ayat tilawat farmai: (wa ma atakomurrooloolu fakhuzoohu wa ma nahakom anhu fantahoo [alhashr: 7]) "Paighambar tumhen jo de den wo le lo aur jis se roken us se ruk jao.".
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُمَا شَهِدَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ، وَالْمُزَفَّتِ، وَالنَّقِيرِ، ثُمَّ تَلَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا سورة الحشر آية 7".
