The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3415
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that on the day of the Battle of Ta'if, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) set free all the slaves of the polytheists who had come to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے غزوہ طائف کے دن مشرکوں کے ان تمام غلاموں کو آزاد کر دیا، جو نبی ﷺ کے پاس آ گئے تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Ghazwah Taif ke din mushrikon ke un tamam ghulamon ko azad kar diya, jo Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aa gaye the.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" أَعْتَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الطَّائِفِ مَنْ خَرَجَ إِليهِ مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ".
