The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3416
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "There is no place in Islam for intimacy with another man's slave girl. Whoever did this during the pre-Islamic era, I declare the child born from that intimacy to be affiliated with his lineage. And whoever claims paternity of a child without marriage (claiming a child as his own when he is not married to the mother), then that child will neither be his heir nor inheritor (neither will inherit from the other)."

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کسی دوسرے کی باندی سے قربت کرنے کی اسلام میں کوئی گنجائش نہیں ہے، جس شخص نے زمانہ جاہلیت میں ایسا کیا ہو، میں اس قربت کے نتیجے میں پیدا ہونے والے بچے کو اس کے عصبہ سے ملحق قرار دیتا ہوں اور جو شخص بغیر نکاح کے کسی بچے کو اپنی طرف منسوب کرنے کا دعوی کرتا ہے (اور یہ کہتا ہے کہ یہ میرا بچہ ہے، حالانکہ اس بچے کی ماں سے اس کا نکاح نہیں ہوا) تو وہ بچہ اس کا وارث بنے گا اور نہ ہی مورث (دونوں میں سے کسی کو دوسرے کی وراثت نہیں ملے گی)۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Kisi dusre ki bandi se qurbat karne ki Islam mein koi gunjaish nahi hai, jis shakhs ne zamanah jahiliyat mein aisa kiya ho, mein is qurbat ke natije mein paida hone wale bache ko iske asba se mulhaq qarar deta hun aur jo shakhs baghair nikah ke kisi bache ko apni taraf mansoob karne ka dawa karta hai (aur yeh kehta hai ki yeh mera bacha hai, halanki is bache ki maa se iska nikah nahi hua) to woh bacha iska waris bane ga aur na hi moris (donon mein se kisi ko dusre ki wirasat nahi mile gi)۔“.
حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، عَنْ سَلْمٍ ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا مُسَاعَاةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، مَنْ سَاعَى فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقَدْ أَلْحَقْتُهُ بِعَصَبَتِهِ، وَمَنْ ادَّعَى وَلَدَهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ رِشْدَةٍ، فَلَا يَرِثُ وَلَا يُورَثُ".
