ومن مسند بني هاشم The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3524
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had cupping done and blood was drawn from his head.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے سینگی لگوا کر اپنے سر سے خون نکلوایا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne singi lagwakar apne sar se khoon nikalwaya.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ " احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ".
