Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 3835
It is narrated on the authority of Abdur Rahman bin Abdullah that once the Prophet (peace be upon him) stopped at a place. In the meantime, a man went towards a bush and saw a "Lal" (a bird's nest). He took its eggs. In the meantime, the bird came and started flying over the heads of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) and chirping. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked, "Who among you has troubled it?" The man replied, "I have taken its eggs." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Return them."

عبدالرحمن بن عبداللہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے کسی مقام پر پڑاؤ کیا، اس دوران ایک شخص ایک جھاڑی کی طرف چلا گیا، وہاں اسے ”لال“ (ایک پرندہ کا گھونسلہ نظر آیا)، اس نے اس کے انڈے نکال لئے، اتنی دیر میں وہ چڑیا آئی اور نبی ﷺ اور صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ علیہم اجمعین کے سروں پر منڈلانے اور چلانے لگی، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کس نے اسے تنگ کیا ہے؟“ وہ شخص کہنے لگا کہ میں اس کے انڈے لے آیا ہوں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”انہیں واپس کر دو۔“
Abdulrahman bin Abdullah se marvi hai keh aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kisi maqam par paradao kiya, us doran aik shakhs aik jhadi ki taraf chala gaya, wahan usay "laal" (aik parinda ka ghonsla nazar aaya), usne uske anday nikal liye, itni dair mein woh chidiya aayi aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur Sahaba kiram raziallahu anhum ajmaeen ke saron par mandlane aur chilane lagi, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Tum mein se kisne isay tang kiya hai?" Woh shakhs kehne laga keh main uske anday le aaya hun, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Inhen wapas kar do.".
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ:" نَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْزِلًا، فَانْطَلَقَ إِنْسَانٌ إِلَى غَيْضَةٍ، فَأَخْرَجَ مِنْهَا بَيْضَ حُمَرَةٍ، فَجَاءَتْ اَلْحُمَرَةُ تَرِفُّ عَلَى رَأْسِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرُءُوسِ أَصْحَابِهِ، فَقَالَ:" أَيُّكُمْ فَجَعَ هَذِهِ؟" فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ: أَنَا أَصَبْتُ لَهَا بَيْضًا، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" ارْدُدْهُ".
