Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4123
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "For every unjust killing of a person that takes place in the world, there is a share of sin on the first son of Adam (Cain), because he was the first to establish the practice of murder."

سیدنا ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”دنیا میں جو بھی ناحق قتل ہوتا ہے، اس کا گناہ حضرت آدم علیہ السلام کے پہلے بیٹے (قابیل) کو بھی ہوتا ہے، کیونکہ قتل کا رواج اسی نے ڈالا تھا۔“
Sayidna Ibn Masood Raziallahu Anhu farmate hain ki Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Duniya mein jo bhi nahaq qatl hota hai, us ka gunah Hazrat Adam Alaihis Salam ke pehle bete (Qabeel) ko bhi hota hai, kyunki qatl ka riwaj usi ne dala tha.”
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَا مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلْمًا، إِلَّا كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الْأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا، ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ".
