Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4512
Wabra narrates that a man asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that if I am in the state of Ihram for Hajj, can I perform Tawaf of the Kaaba? He (Ibn Umar) replied, "What objection could there be in it?" The man said that actually Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) forbids it. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that you (O Prophet) were in the state of Ihram for Hajj and you performed Tawaf of the Kaaba and also performed Sa'i between Safa and Marwa."

وبرہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا کہ اگر میں نے حج کا احرام باندھ رکھا ہو تو کیا میں بیت اللہ کا طواف کر سکتا ہوں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ اس میں کیا حرج ہے؟ وہ شخص کہنے لگا کہ اصل میں سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما اس سے منع کرتے ہیں، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ آپ ﷺ نے حج کا احرام باندھا اور بیت اللہ کا طواف بھی کیا اور صفا مروہ کے درمیان سعی بھی کی۔
Wabra kehte hain ke aik aadmi ne Sayyiduna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu anhuma se pucha ke agar maine Hajj ka ehram bandha rakha ho to kya main Baitullah ka tawaf kar sakta hun? Unhon ne farmaya ke is mein kya harj hai? Woh shakhs kehne laga ke asal mein Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu anhuma is se mana karte hain, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu anhuma ne farmaya ke maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha ke aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hajj ka ehram bandha aur Baitullah ka tawaf bhi kiya aur Safa Marwa ke darmiyaan saee bhi ki.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ ، عَنْ وَبَرَةَ ، قَالَ، قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ أَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ وَقَدْ أَحْرَمْتُ بِالْحَجِّ؟ قَالَ: وَمَا بَأْسُ ذَلِكَ؟! قَالَ: إِنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ نَهَى عَنْ ذَلِكَ، قَالَ: قَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم" أَحْرَمَ بِالْحَجِّ، وَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ" وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ".
