Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4531
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade meeting the merchants before they reached the marketplace and engaging in deceitful trading. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also prohibited one of you from selling over the sale of another. And when the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in a hurry to travel, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would combine Maghrib and Isha prayers.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے بازار میں پہنچنے سے پہلے تاجروں سے ملنے اور دھوکہ کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے اور یہ کہ تم میں سے کوئی شخص دوسرے کی بیع پر اپنی بیع نہ کرے۔ اور نبی کریم ﷺ کو جب سفر کی جلدی ہوتی تھی تو آپ ﷺ مغرب اور عشاء کے درمیان جمع صوری فرما لیتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ، وَقَالَ: لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ". (حديث موقوف) " وَكَانَ إِذَا عَجَّلَ بِهِ السَّيْرُ، جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ".
