Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4657
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “O Allah! Forgive those who have their throats slit." The people said, "Pray also for those who have their hair cut short.” The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then, on the fourth time, prayed for those who have their hair cut short, saying, "O Allah, forgive those who have their hair cut short.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”اے اللہ! حلق کر انے والوں کو معاف فرما دے۔“ لوگوں نے عرض کیا، قصر کرانے والوں کے لئے بھی تو دعا فرمائیے، نبی کریم ﷺ نے چوتھی مرتبہ قصر کرانے والوں کے لئے فرمایا کہ اے اللہ قصر کرانے والوں کو بھی معاف فرما دے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Aye Allah! Halq karne walon ko maaf farma de.” Logon ne arz kiya, qasar karane walon ke liye bhi to dua farmaie, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne chauthi martaba qasar karane walon ke liye farmaya ki aye Allah qasar karane walon ko bhi maaf farma de.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ"، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ قَالَ:" يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ"، قَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ:" وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ".
