Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4663
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made an agreement with the people of Khyber that they would give half of whatever fruits or crops they produced.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اہل خیبر کے ساتھ یہ معاملہ طے فرمایا کہ پھلوں یا کھیتی کی جو پیداوار ہو گی اس کا نصف تم ہمیں دو گے۔
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ahl khyber ke sath ye mamla tay farmaya ki phalon ya kheti ki jo paidaawar ho gi us ka nisf tum humein do ge.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ".
