Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4700
Musab bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that some people came to visit Ibn 'Amir while he was sick and they started praising him. Upon this, Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I will not deceive you regarding him more than anyone else. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: Allah does not accept Charity from stolen wealth, nor does He accept prayer without purification."

مصعب بن سعد رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ کچھ لوگ ابن عامر کے پاس بیمار پرسی کے لئے آئے اور ان کی تعریف کر نے لگے، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا کہ میں تمہیں ان سے بڑھ کر دھوکہ نہیں دوں گا، میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ مال غنیمت میں سے چوری کی ہوئی چیز کا صدقہ قبول نہیں کرتا اور نہ ہی طہارت کے بغیر نماز قبول کرتا ہے۔
Musab bin Saad rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke kuch log Ibn Aamir ke pass bimar pursi ke liye aaye aur un ki tareef karne lage, Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma ne farmaya ke main tumhen un se badh kar dhoka nahin dunga, main ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke Allah ta'ala maal ghanimat mein se chori ki hui cheez ka sadqa qubool nahin karta aur na hi taharat ke baghair namaz qubool karta.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، أَنَّ نَاسًا دَخَلُوا عَلَى ابْنِ عَامَرٍ فِي مَرَضِهِ، فَجَعَلُوا يُثْنُونَ عَلَيْهِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : أَمَا إِنِّي لَسْتُ بِأَغَشِّهِمْ لَكَ، سَمِعْت رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى لَا يَقْبَلُ صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ، وَلَا صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ".
