Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4719
Narrated by Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Fever is from the heat of Hell, so cool it with water."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”بخار جہنم کی تپش کا اثر ہوتا ہے اس لئے اسے پانی سے ٹھنڈا کیا کرو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Bukhar jahannum ki tapish ka asar hota hai is liye ise pani se thanda kiya karo."
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" الْحُمَّى مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ، فَأَبْرِدُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ".
