Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 4788

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the words with which the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to swear were: "La wa Muqallibal Quloob" "No, by the One who turns the hearts!"

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ جن الفاظ سے قسم کھایا کرتے تھے وہ یہ تھے: «لا و مقلب القلوب» ”نہیں، مقلب القلوب کی قسم!۔“

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) jin alfaaz se qasam khaya karte the wo ye the: «La wa Muqallibal Quloob» ”Nahin, Muqallibal Quloob ki qasam!”.

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُوسَى ، قَالَ وَكِيعٌ: نُرَى أَنَّهُ ابْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: كَانَت يَمِينُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّتِي يَحْلِفُ عَلَيْهَا:" لَا وَمُقَلِّبِ الْقُلُوبِ".
